How to order
Note: Each cart checkout can be sent to ONE address only. To send multiple gifts to different addresses, please complete one checkout per gift.
For someone else: To send a gift to someone special, add the items to your cart (ie. one of our signature mixes) and complete your checkout, making sure that the shipping address is the address where you'd like us to send your gift and that the billing address is correct for your chosen payment method.
Shipping Methods:
If you choose this option rates are calculated at checkout. Enter your address to see the options available.
**Once we have fulfilled your order, we have no control over the delivery from shipping carriers (Canada Post, UPS, GLS, etc) By ordering from Couture Candy you acknowledge that when your order has left the shop and you have received your tracking information, Couture Candy is NOT liable for lost packages, misplaced packages, packages left in inclement weather, pitch pirates, etc. It is the responsibility of the customer to connect with the shipping carriers for replacement, insurance, etc if your package has been stated as delivered but misplaced.
Pickup
We offer in-store pickup at our downtown Peterborough shop. Please watch for your shipping notification in your email and double check out Google Hours before picking up
Payment Methods
You can choose to pay via credit card/debit card or via e-Transfer.
To pay by card, follow the prompts on screen as you complete your checkout.
To pay by e-Transfer, choose e-Transfer at checkout, then send payment to couturecandy.ptbo@gmail.com
Please note that e-Transfer is due at time of order, any non-payment may result in your order being cancelled.
At this time gift cards are not accepted online but we are happy to process them in store.
