How to order
Note: Each cart checkout can be sent to ONE address only. To send multiple gifts to different addresses, please complete one checkout per gift.
For someone else: To send a gift to someone special, add the items to your cart (ie. one of our signature boxes plus any add-ons!) and complete your checkout, making sure that the shipping address is the address where you'd like us to deliver your gift and that the billing address is correct for your chosen payment method.
If you are choosing Contactless Porch Pickup, you can enter your own address as the shipping address since nothing will be shipped.
For yourself: To purchase items for yourself or when ordering bulk items like our loot bags or candy-grams, fill out the shipping/billing information for yourself and complete your checkout.
There are three shipping methods you can choose from when you complete your checkout. Here's what you need to know.
PICK UP (We will email you with details on where you can pick up your order): If you choose this option, you will be sent an email with the location after checking out. We are located in downtown Peterborough, ON. Nothing will be delivered/shipped if this option is chosen.
Local Delivery (Within Peterborough, ON): If you choose this option, the flat rate is $10 and we will deliver your order to the address specified.
Shipping/Delivery (Outside Peterborough, ON): If you choose this option, your rate will vary depending on the size of your order. For larger orders, where this shipping option does not appear, please use the contact page to get in touch and we'll get you a custom shipping quote.
You can choose to pay via credit card/debit card or via e-Transfer.
To pay by card, follow the prompts on screen as you complete your checkout.
To pay by e-Transfer, you will send your payment to firstname.lastname@example.org

Can I send multiple gifts in one order?
Each order will be delivered/shipping only to the address specified. If you would like to send multiple gifts to separate addresses, please create a new order for each gift.
I have allergies, can I still order?
In your cart you will see a spot to leave us a note about any allergies or other customizations needed for your order. We will be sure to check your notes before fulfilling the order.
