Shipping Agreement *Please read before ordering*

**Once we have fulfilled your order, we have no control over the delivery from shipping carriers (Canada Post, UPS, GLS, etc).

1- By ordering from Couture Candy you acknowledge that when your order has left the shop and you have received confirmed your tracking information, Couture Candy is NOT liable for lost packages, misplaced packages, packages left in inclement weather, porch pirates, etc. It is the responsibility of the customer to connect with the shipping carriers for replacement, insurance, fulfilled investigation, etc if your package has been stated as delivered but misplaced. 

2 - All orders are guaranteed to leave the shop in perfect shipping condition - as a small business we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE and will not provide refunds for any damaged product after it leaves our shop. Shipping can be tough on packages (and courier gentleness we have NO control over!)but we do a wonderful job making sure things are packed in the best way when we are prepping it to ship. We cannot refund ANY monies for anything damaged in your box from shipping. 

3 - Thank you for your understanding. These agreements are put in place for a reason after we have paid many (many many many many many many) refunds for issues that had NOTHING to do with us. Unfortunately we cannot continue to do this and MUST follow this agreement. Thank you for shopping small and supporting us as a family with your order.
